Kiran Ghodasara


Mr. Ghodasara has more than 30 years of experience in various aspects of construction and project control with a heavy emphasis on CPM scheduling. He holds certification as a Scheduling Professional (SP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACEi.  He is responsible for all aspects of project control including the development, preparation, and maintenance of CPM schedules on a wide range of MCSS projects.  His responsibilities have included the development and maintenance of resource loaded schedules and the review and approval of schedules prepared by contractors.  Mr. Ghodasara has performed time and cost impact analyses, analyzed contractor time extension requests and delay claims, and participated with project stakeholders in project risk assessments.  He has provided clients with expert witness support in arbitrations and litigations related to scheduling.  In addition, Mr. Ghodasara has developed work breakdown structures, prepared progress payment estimates, integrated cost and schedule data, and performed progress measurement and reporting.  He is thoroughly familiar and has hands on experience with Primavera Project Planner scheduling software as well as with Microsoft Office applications.

Dave Royce

Vice President

Mr. Royce is co-owner and Vice President of MCSS.  In this capacity he is responsible for assisting the President of MCSS in the performance of his duties.  As directed by the President, Mr. Royce is responsible for the preparation of new business proposals.  He also prepares procedures and correspondence, as well as employee resumes.  Mr. Royce participates in the evaluation of candidates for employment and assists the President in the development of new business.  He has more than 30 years of experience in diverse program control activities.  He holds certification as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEi).

Nancy Bart

Project Manager

Ms. Bart has over 29 years of experience in project and corporate administration with MCSS.  For the last twenty years she has been providing management support services in the role of Project Manager for a series of four consecutive IQ Scheduling Support Services contracts with a combined value of over $19M with NYCT.  Her duties include managing task orders, candidate searches, contract administration, and invoicing.  Working closely with Construction Managers, she has performed comparable duties in the administration of MCSS’s participation on NYCT Superstorm Sandy Resiliency Projects, the Second Avenue Subway Project, MTA’s East Side Access Project, and Metro-North and LIRR scheduling support projects.  Most recently Ms. Bart has started performing similar functions on several NYCT CCM Signals and Train Control contracts.  In addition, she has been working with ten continuous On Call projects for project management, project control, and IT support services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey since 1988.  Ms. Bart also has more than four years of hands on experience in document control in a project administration environment on various design projects.  She has used Primavera Expedition to develop, manage and maintain the document control process.
